1) APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

TRAINING DELIVERABLES / Expected Outcome :

Learn the tools and skills needed to implement the APQP process, develop Control Plans efficiently and effectively. Using simulations, team work, brain-storming, to develop acustomer requirement and take it from prototype to a functionally acceptable series-production part. Trainees’ capability is enhanced asteams develop flow charts, process instruction and control plans for the product.
